Mr Peter Willson
As a Chartered Accountant with some 18 years of experience, Peter has held senior roles with both public practice and commerce. Most recently Peter was a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance Division of Ernst & Young. During this time Peter was involved in a number of high profile infrastructure projects and transactions, including specific responsibility for the development of project finance models (eg Brisbane North South Bypass Tunnel).
Prior to this, Peter has held other senior roles as the General Manager, Corporate Services and Finance, of UniQuest Pty Limited; Senior Business Analyst for the Union Bank of Switzerland (London); and Financial Controller of Queensland Events Corporation.
Peter has experienced first hand the unique issues facing start-up companies, having ofunded and operated a technology start-up company over a three year period.
In addition to being Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Magnetica Limited, Peter is also an Executive Director of Aegeus Partners Pty Ltd, a company specialising in corporate advisory, capital raising and financial modelling services.
