Dr Huawei Zhao
Manager, Research, New Products & InnovationAs a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Queensland Centre for Magnetic Resonance (CMR) Dr Zhao focused on the fields of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Within these fields he has researched the computational design of superconducting magnet, gradient coils and RF coils and has an outstanding record in publication in elite journals, international and cross disciplinary collaborations and is named on three patents. The commercial and academic impact of the work of Dr Zhao in computati9onal electromagnetics has been significant, with 30 publications in recent years and competitive research grants and industry funding of over $4M.
