Magnetica Limited is an Australian start-up company specialised in the design, development and commercialisation of superconducting and non-superconducting high performance magnet systems. The key market for these systems is in human clinical magnetic resonance imaging (“MRI”). The company’s managerial and technical competencies and its starting proprietary intellectual property (IP) are based on a depth of technology commercialisation experience and the outcomes from world-leading R&D, at the University of Queensland over the past 15 years.Magnetica has a small in house research team as as well as a key R& D relationship with the University of Queensland
